2 Corinthians 10:15-17
Common English Bible
15 We don’t take pride in what other people do outside of our boundaries. We hope that our work will be extended even more by you as your faith grows, until it expands fully (within the boundaries, of course). 16 We hope that our work grows even to the point of the gospel being preached in places beyond Corinth, without bragging about what has already been done in another person’s work area. 17 But, the one who brags should brag in the Lord.[a]

15 Neither do we go beyond our limits(A) by boasting of work done by others.(B) Our hope is that, as your faith continues to grow,(C) our sphere of activity among you will greatly expand, 16 so that we can preach the gospel(D) in the regions beyond you.(E) For we do not want to boast about work already done in someone else’s territory. 17 But, “Let the one who boasts boast in the Lord.”[a](F)
