2 (A)I warned (B)those who sinned before and all the others, and I warn them now while absent, as I did when present on my second visit, that (C)if I come again I will not spare them— 3 since you seek proof that Christ (D)is speaking in me. He is not weak in dealing with you, but (E)is powerful among you. 4 For (F)he was crucified in weakness, but (G)lives by the power of God. For (H)we also are weak in him, but in dealing with you (I)we will live with him by the power of God.

2 I already gave you a warning when I was with you the second time. I now repeat it while absent:(A) On my return I will not spare(B) those who sinned earlier(C) or any of the others, 3 since you are demanding proof that Christ is speaking through me.(D) He is not weak in dealing with you, but is powerful among you. 4 For to be sure, he was crucified in weakness,(E) yet he lives by God’s power.(F) Likewise, we are weak(G) in him, yet by God’s power we will live with him(H) in our dealing with you.
