3 since you seek proof that Christ (A)is speaking in me. He is not weak in dealing with you, but (B)is powerful among you. 4 For (C)he was crucified in weakness, but (D)lives by the power of God. For (E)we also are weak in him, but in dealing with you (F)we will live with him by the power of God.
5 Examine yourselves, to see whether you are in the faith. (G)Test yourselves. Or do you not realize this about yourselves, that (H)Jesus Christ is in you?—unless indeed you fail to meet the test!

3 since you are demanding proof that Christ is speaking through me.(A) He is not weak in dealing with you, but is powerful among you. 4 For to be sure, he was crucified in weakness,(B) yet he lives by God’s power.(C) Likewise, we are weak(D) in him, yet by God’s power we will live with him(E) in our dealing with you.
5 Examine yourselves(F) to see whether you are in the faith; test yourselves.(G) Do you not realize that Christ Jesus is in you(H)—unless, of course, you fail the test?
