2 And Jehoash did that which was right in the eyes of Jehovah all his days wherein Jehoiada the priest instructed him. 3 Howbeit the high places were not taken away; the people still sacrificed and burnt incense in the high places.
4 And Jehoash said to the priests, All the money of the hallowed things that is brought into the house of Jehovah, [a]in current money, [b]the money of the persons for whom each man is rated, and all the money that it cometh into any man’s heart to bring into the house of Jehovah,

2 Joash did what was right(A) in the eyes of the Lord all the years Jehoiada the priest instructed him. 3 The high places,(B) however, were not removed; the people continued to offer sacrifices and burn incense there.
4 Joash said to the priests, “Collect(C) all the money that is brought as sacred offerings(D) to the temple of the Lord—the money collected in the census,(E) the money received from personal vows and the money brought voluntarily(F) to the temple.
