2 Kings 14:24-26

24 He did evil in the eyes of the Lord. He did not turn from all the sins which Jeroboam son of Nebat caused Israel to commit. 25 It was he who restored the boundary of Israel from Lebo Hamath to the Dead Sea[a] according to the word which the Lord, the God of Israel, had spoken through his servant, the prophet Jonah son of Amittai, who was from Gath Hepher.
26 The Lord saw the misery of Israel, which was extremely bitter for both bound and free.[b] There was no one to help Israel.

New International Version
24 He did evil in the eyes of the Lord and did not turn away from any of the sins of Jeroboam son of Nebat, which he had caused Israel to commit.(A) 25 He was the one who restored the boundaries of Israel from Lebo Hamath(B) to the Dead Sea,[a](C) in accordance with the word of the Lord, the God of Israel, spoken through his servant Jonah(D) son of Amittai, the prophet from Gath Hepher.
26 The Lord had seen how bitterly everyone in Israel, whether slave or free,(E) was suffering;[b](F) there was no one to help them.(G)
