2 Kings 14:24-26
New Living Translation
24 He did what was evil in the Lord’s sight. He refused to turn from the sins that Jeroboam son of Nebat had led Israel to commit. 25 Jeroboam II recovered the territories of Israel between Lebo-hamath and the Dead Sea,[a] just as the Lord, the God of Israel, had promised through Jonah son of Amittai, the prophet from Gath-hepher.
26 For the Lord saw the bitter suffering of everyone in Israel, and that there was no one in Israel, slave or free, to help them.

New International Version
24 He did evil in the eyes of the Lord and did not turn away from any of the sins of Jeroboam son of Nebat, which he had caused Israel to commit.(A) 25 He was the one who restored the boundaries of Israel from Lebo Hamath(B) to the Dead Sea,[a](C) in accordance with the word of the Lord, the God of Israel, spoken through his servant Jonah(D) son of Amittai, the prophet from Gath Hepher.
26 The Lord had seen how bitterly everyone in Israel, whether slave or free,(E) was suffering;[b](F) there was no one to help them.(G)
