New International Version

³³By the way that he came he will return;^(A)
he will not enter this city,
declares the Lord.

³⁶So ^(A)Sennacherib the king of Assyria departed and ^[a]returned home, and lived at ^(B)Nineveh.

³⁶So Sennacherib king of Assyria broke camp and withdrew.^(A) He returned to Nineveh^(B) and stayed there.
