^3 (A)Surely at the ^[a]command of Yahweh it came upon Judah, to remove them from His presence ^(B)because of the sins of Manasseh, according to all that he had done, ⁴ and ^(C)also for the innocent blood which he shed, for he filled Jerusalem with innocent blood; and Yahweh was not willing to pardon.
