But the heavens and earth which exist now are stored up by the same word, and reserved for fire until the Day of Condemnation, and of the destruction of ungodly men.

But do not forget this one thing, dear friends: With the Lord a day is like a thousand years, and a thousand years are like a day.(C) The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise,(D) as some understand slowness.
