3 But the Lord is faithful, which will stablish you, and keep you from [c]evil.
4 [d]And we are persuaded of you through the Lord, that ye both do, and will do the things which we warn you of.

- 2 Thessalonians 3:2 It is no marvel that the Gospel is hated of so many, seeing that faith is a rare gift of God. Notwithstanding, the Church shall never be destroyed by the multitude of the wicked, because it is grounded and stayed upon the faithful promise of God.

2 And pray that we may be delivered from wicked and evil people,(A) for not everyone has faith. 3 But the Lord is faithful,(B) and he will strengthen you and protect you from the evil one.(C) 4 We have confidence(D) in the Lord that you are doing and will continue to do the things we command.
