46 For they were hearing them (A)speaking with tongues and exalting God. Then Peter responded, 47 “(B)Surely no one can refuse the water for these to be baptized, who (C)have received the Holy Spirit just as we did, can he?” 48 And he (D)ordered them to be baptized (E)in the name of Jesus Christ. Then they asked him to stay on for a few days.

Then Peter said, 47 “Surely no one can stand in the way of their being baptized with water.(B) They have received the Holy Spirit just as we have.”(C) 48 So he ordered that they be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ.(D) Then they asked Peter to stay with them for a few days.
