23 And immediately (A)an angel of the Lord struck him because he did not give God the glory, and he was eaten by worms and [a]died.
24 But (B)the word of the Lord continued to grow and to be multiplied.
25 And (C)Barnabas and (D)Saul returned [b]from Jerusalem (E)when they had fulfilled their [c]mission, taking along with them (F)John, who was also called Mark.

Acts 12:23-25
New International Version
23 Immediately, because Herod did not give praise to God, an angel(A) of the Lord struck him down,(B) and he was eaten by worms and died.
24 But the word of God(C) continued to spread and flourish.(D)
Barnabas and Saul Sent Off
25 When Barnabas(E) and Saul had finished their mission,(F) they returned from[a] Jerusalem, taking with them John, also called Mark.(G)
