14 And it so happened in Iconium that they went together into the synagogue of the Jews and spoke, so that a great multitude of both the Jews and the Hellenists believed.

And the unbelieving Jews stirred up and corrupted the minds of the Gentiles against the brothers.

So therefore they stayed there a long time, and spoke boldly in the Lord, Who gave testimony to the word of His grace, and caused signs and wonders to be done by their hands.

In Iconium

14 At Iconium(A) Paul and Barnabas went as usual into the Jewish synagogue.(B) There they spoke so effectively that a great number(C) of Jews and Greeks believed. But the Jews who refused to believe stirred up the other Gentiles and poisoned their minds against the brothers.(D) So Paul and Barnabas spent considerable time there, speaking boldly(E) for the Lord, who confirmed the message of his grace by enabling them to perform signs and wonders.(F)
