Acts 15:27-29
Revised Standard Version Catholic Edition
27 We have therefore sent Judas and Silas, who themselves will tell you the same things by word of mouth. 28 For it has seemed good to the Holy Spirit and to us to lay upon you no greater burden than these necessary things: 29 that you abstain from what has been sacrificed to idols and from blood and from what is strangled[a] and from unchastity. If you keep yourselves from these, you will do well. Farewell.”

New International Version
27 Therefore we are sending Judas and Silas(A) to confirm by word of mouth what we are writing. 28 It seemed good to the Holy Spirit(B) and to us not to burden you with anything beyond the following requirements: 29 You are to abstain from food sacrificed to idols, from blood, from the meat of strangled animals and from sexual immorality.(C) You will do well to avoid these things.
Farewell.
