Paul in Corinth

18 After this Paul^[a] left Athens and went to Corinth.^(A)

¹⁹ When they reached Ephesus, he left them there, but first he himself went into the synagogue and had a discussion with the Jews.

Ministry of Apollos

²⁴ Now there came to Ephesus a Jew named Apollos from Alexandria. He was an eloquent man, well-versed in the scriptures.^(A)

¹² What I mean is that each of you says, “I belong to Paul,” or “I belong to Apollos,” or “I belong to Cephas,” or “I belong to Christ.”

⁵ What then is Apollos? What is Paul? Servants through whom you came to believe, as the Lord assigned to each.

⁶ I planted, Apollos watered, but God gave the growth.
