¹⁹ I am using a human analogy^[a](A) because of the weakness of your flesh.^[b] For just as you offered the parts^[c] of yourselves as slaves to moral impurity, and to greater and greater lawlessness, so now offer them as slaves to righteousness, which results in sanctification.

¹⁶ As God’s slaves,^(A) live as free people, but don’t use your freedom as a way to conceal evil.^(B)
