Acts 23:28-30

28 “And (A)wanting to ascertain the charge for which they were accusing him, I (B)brought him down to their [a](C)Council; 29 and I found him to be accused over (D)questions about their Law, but [b]under (E)no accusation deserving death or [c]imprisonment.
30 “When I was (F)informed that there would be (G)a plot against the man, I sent him to you at once, also instructing (H)his accusers to [d]bring charges against him before you.”

28 I wanted to know why they were accusing him, so I brought him to their Sanhedrin.(A) 29 I found that the accusation had to do with questions about their law,(B) but there was no charge against him(C) that deserved death or imprisonment. 30 When I was informed(D) of a plot(E) to be carried out against the man, I sent him to you at once. I also ordered his accusers(F) to present to you their case against him.
