7 It is the fulfillment of this very promise that our twelve tribes hope to attain, as they resolutely carry on their acts of worship night and day; yet it is in connection with this hope, your Majesty, that I am being accused by Jews! 8 Why do you people consider it incredible that God raises the dead?

7 This is the promise our twelve tribes(A) are hoping to see fulfilled as they earnestly serve God day and night.(B) King Agrippa, it is because of this hope that these Jews are accusing me.(C) 8 Why should any of you consider it incredible that God raises the dead?(D)
9 “I too was convinced(E) that I ought to do all that was possible to oppose(F) the name of Jesus of Nazareth.(G)
