Acts 28:26-28
New Matthew Bible
26 Go to this people and say, With your ears you will hear and will not understand, and with your eyes you will see and not perceive. 27 For the heart of this people has become dull, and their ears are hard of hearing. And their eyes have they closed, lest they should see with their eyes, and hear with their ears, and understand with their hearts, and should be converted; and I would heal them. 28 Let it be known to you, therefore, that this salvation of God is sent to the Gentiles, and they will hear it.

Acts 28:26-28
New International Version
26 “‘Go to this people and say,
“You will be ever hearing but never understanding;
you will be ever seeing but never perceiving.”
27 For this people’s heart has become calloused;(A)
they hardly hear with their ears,
and they have closed their eyes.
Otherwise they might see with their eyes,
hear with their ears,
understand with their hearts
and turn, and I would heal them.’[a](B)
28 “Therefore I want you to know that God’s salvation(C) has been sent to the Gentiles,(D) and they will listen!”
