27 for the heart of this people has grown dull.
    Their ears are hard of hearing,
    and they have closed their eyes,
lest they should see with their eyes
    and hear with their ears
    and understand with their heart
and turn, and I would heal them.[a]

28 “Therefore let it be known to you that the salvation of God has been sent to the Gentiles. They will hear it!”
