25 You are the descendants of the prophets and the heirs[a] of the covenant that God made with your[b] ancestors when he told Abraham, ‘Through your descendant[c] all the families of the earth will be blessed.’[d] 26 When God raised up his servant, he sent him first to you to bless you by turning every one of you from your evil ways.”
