Acts 7:42-44
New American Bible (Revised Edition)
42 Then God turned and handed them over to worship the host of heaven, as it is written in the book of the prophets:(A)
‘Did you bring me sacrifices and offerings
for forty years in the desert, O house of Israel?(B)
43 No, you took up the tent of Moloch
and the star of [your] god Rephan,
the images that you made to worship.
So I shall take you into exile beyond Babylon.’
44 Our ancestors had the tent of testimony in the desert just as the One who spoke to Moses directed him to make it according to the pattern he had seen.(C)

New International Version
42 But God turned away from them(A) and gave them over to the worship of the sun, moon and stars.(B) This agrees with what is written in the book of the prophets:
“‘Did you bring me sacrifices and offerings
forty years in the wilderness, people of Israel?
43 You have taken up the tabernacle of Molek
and the star of your god Rephan,
the idols you made to worship.
Therefore I will send you into exile’[a](C) beyond Babylon.
44 “Our ancestors had the tabernacle of the covenant law(D) with them in the wilderness. It had been made as God directed Moses, according to the pattern he had seen.(E)
