^18 (A)to open their eyes, so that they may turn from darkness to light and from ^(B)the power of Satan to God, that they may receive ^(C)forgiveness of sins and ^(D)a place among those who are sanctified ^(E)by faith in me.’

¹⁴ who is ^(A)the guarantee^[a] of our ^(B)inheritance until ^(C)we acquire ^(D)possession of it,^{[b] (E)}to the praise of his glory.

^18 (A)having the eyes of your hearts enlightened, that you may know what is ^(B)the hope to which he has called you, what are ^(C)the riches of his glorious inheritance in the saints,

⁵ For you may be sure of this, that ^(A)everyone who is sexually immoral or impure, or who is covetous (^(B)that is, an idolater), has no inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and God.

^12 (A)giving thanks^[a] to the Father, who has qualified you^[b] to share in ^(B)the inheritance of the saints in light.

²⁴ knowing that from the Lord ^(A)you will receive the inheritance as your reward. ^(B)You are serving the Lord Christ.

¹⁵ Therefore he is ^(A)the mediator of a new covenant, so that ^(B)those who are called may ^(C)receive the promised eternal inheritance, ^(D)since a death has occurred that redeems them from the transgressions committed under the first covenant.^[a]

⁴ to ^(A)an inheritance that is imperishable, undefiled, and ^(B)unfading, ^(C)kept in heaven for you,

³⁴ Then ^(A)the King will say to ^(B)those on his right, ‘Come, you ^(C)who are blessed by my Father, ^(D)inherit ^(E)the kingdom ^(F)prepared for you ^(G)from the foundation of the world.
