22 And the tzela (rib), which Hashem Elohim had taken from the adam, made He an isha, and brought her unto the adam.
23 And the adam said, This is now etzem of my etzem, and basar of my basar; she shall be called Isha, because she was taken out of Ish.
24 Therefore shall an ish leave his av and his em, and shall cleave unto his isha: and they shall be basar echad.

New International Version
22 Then the Lord God made a woman from the rib[a](A) he had taken out of the man, and he brought her to the man.
23 The man said,
“This is now bone of my bones
and flesh of my flesh;(B)
she shall be called(C) ‘woman,’
for she was taken out of man.(D)”
24 That is why a man leaves his father and mother and is united(E) to his wife, and they become one flesh.(F)
