Genesis 32:23-25

New International Version

²³After he had sent them across the stream, he sent over all his possessions.^(A) ²⁴So Jacob was left alone,^(B) and a man^(C) wrestled with him till daybreak. ²⁵When the man saw that he could not overpower him, he touched the socket of Jacob’s hip^(D) so that his hip was wrenched as he wrestled with the man.

²⁴And Jacob was left alone; and there wrestled a man with him until the breaking of the day.

²⁵And when he saw that he prevailed not against him, he touched the hollow of his thigh; and the hollow of Jacob's thigh was out of joint, as he wrestled with him.
