²⁷ And as for both kings, their hearts will be intent on ^(A)evil, and they will ^(B)speak falsehood at the same table; but it will not succeed, for the ^(C)end is still to come at the appointed time.

³⁵ And some of ^[a]those who have insight will fall, in order to ^(A)refine, ^(B)purge, and make them ^[b](C)pure until the time of the ^(D)end, because it is still to come at the appointed time.

⁴ But as for you, Daniel, ^(A)conceal these words and ^(B)seal up the book until the ^(C)time of the end; ^(D)many will go to and fro, and knowledge will increase.”

⁹ Then he said, “Go your way, Daniel, for these words are concealed and ^(A)sealed up until the time of the end.
