²² until the Ancient of Days arrived and a judgment^(A) was given in favor of the holy ones of the Most High, for the time had come, and the holy ones took possession of the kingdom.

²⁸ Jesus said to them, “I assure you: In the Messianic Age,^[a](A) when the Son of Man sits on His glorious throne,^(B) you who have followed Me will also sit on 12 thrones, judging the 12 tribes of Israel.

² Or don’t you know that the saints will judge the world? And if the world is judged by you, are you unworthy to judge the smallest cases? ³ Don’t you know that we will judge angels—not to mention ordinary matters?

²¹ The victor: I will give him the right to sit with Me on My throne, just as I also won the victory and sat down with My Father on His throne.

The Fifth Seal

⁹ When He opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the people^[a] slaughtered because of God’s word and the testimony they had.^[b](A)
