⁴ Then the herald loudly proclaimed: “To you ^[a]the command is given, you ^(A)peoples, nations, and populations of all ^[b]languages,

¹⁹ Now because of the greatness which He granted him, all the peoples, nations, and populations of all ^[a]languages trembled and feared in his presence; ^(A)whomever he wished, he killed, and whomever he wished, he spared alive; and whomever he wished he elevated, and whomever he wished he humbled.

A Multitude from the Tribulation

⁹ After these things I looked, and behold, a great multitude which no one could count, from ^(A)every nation and all the tribes, peoples, and languages, standing ^(B)before the throne and ^(C)before the Lamb, clothed in ^(D)white robes, and ^(E)palm branches were in their hands;

¹¹ And ^(A)they *said to me, “You must ^(B)prophesy again concerning ^(C)many peoples, nations, languages, and ^(D)kings.”

⁹ Those from ^(A)the peoples, tribes, languages, and nations will look at their dead ^[a]bodies for three and a half days, and ^[b](B)will not allow their dead bodies to be laid in a tomb.

⁷ It was also given to him to ^(A)make war with the ^[a]saints and to overcome them, and authority was given to him over ^(B)every tribe, people, language, and nation.

Vision of the Angel with the Gospel

⁶ And I saw another angel flying in ^(A)midheaven with ^(B)an eternal gospel to preach to ^(C)those who ^[a]live on the earth, and to ^(D)every nation, tribe, language, and people;

¹⁵ And he *said to me, “The ^(A)waters which you saw where the prostitute sits are ^(B)peoples and multitudes, and nations and languages.
