⁸ Then ^(A)the goat ^(B)became exceedingly great, but when he was strong, the great horn was broken, and instead of it there came up four ^(C)conspicuous horns towards ^(D)the four winds of heaven.

⁴ And as soon as he has arisen, ^(A)his kingdom shall be broken and divided ^(B)towards the ^(C)four winds of heaven, but ^(D)not to his posterity, nor according to the authority with which he ruled, for his kingdom shall be plucked up and go to others besides these.

⁹ Then he said to me, ^(A)“Prophesy to the breath; prophesy, ^(B)son of man, and say to the breath, Thus says the Lord God: Come from ^(C)the four winds, O breath, and breathe on these slain, that they may live.”

⁶ Up! Up! ^(A)Flee from the land of the north, declares the Lord. For I have ^(B)spread you abroad as the four winds of the heavens, declares the Lord.
