Regulations for Eating Sacrificial and Non-Sacrificial Foods
15 On the other hand, you may slaughter and eat meat as you please when the Lord your God blesses you[a] in all your villages.[b] Both the ritually pure and impure may eat it, whether it is a gazelle or an ibex.

New International Version
15 Nevertheless, you may slaughter your animals in any of your towns and eat as much of the meat as you want, as if it were gazelle or deer,(A) according to the blessing the Lord your God gives you. Both the ceremonially unclean and the clean may eat it.
