4 after he had slain Sihon the king of the Amorites, which dwelt in Heshbon, and Og the king of Bashan, which dwelt at Astaroth in Edrei: 5 on this side Jordan, in the land of Moab, began Moses to declare this law, saying, 6 The Lord our God spake unto us in Horeb, saying, Ye have dwelt long enough in this mount:

New International Version
4 This was after he had defeated Sihon(A) king of the Amorites,(B) who reigned in Heshbon,(C) and at Edrei had defeated Og(D) king of Bashan, who reigned in Ashtaroth.(E)
5 East of the Jordan in the territory of Moab,(F) Moses began to expound this law, saying:
6 The Lord our God said to us(G) at Horeb,(H) “You have stayed long enough(I) at this mountain.
