11 But (A)the land into which you are about to cross to possess it, a land of hills and valleys, drinks water from the rain of heaven, 12 a land for which the Lord your God cares; (B)the eyes of the Lord your God are continually on it, from the [a]beginning even to the end of the year.
13 “And it shall come about, (C)if you listen obediently to my commandments which I am commanding you today, (D)to love the Lord your God and to serve Him (E)with all your heart and all your soul,

11 But the land you are crossing the Jordan to take possession of is a land of mountains and valleys(A) that drinks rain from heaven.(B) 12 It is a land the Lord your God cares for; the eyes(C) of the Lord your God are continually on it from the beginning of the year to its end.
13 So if you faithfully obey(D) the commands I am giving you today—to love(E) the Lord your God and to serve him with all your heart and with all your soul(F)—
