Deuteronomy 12:13-15

13 Take heed that thou offer not thy burnt offerings in every place that thou seest:
14 But in the place which the Lord shall [a]choose in one of thy tribes, there thou shalt offer thy burnt offerings, and there thou shalt do all that I command thee.
15 Notwithstanding thou mayest kill and eat flesh in all thy gates, whatsoever thine heart desireth, according to the [b]blessing of the Lord thy God which he had given thee: both the unclean and the clean may eat thereof, [c]as of the roebuck, and of the hart.

New International Version
13 Be careful not to sacrifice your burnt offerings anywhere you please.(A) 14 Offer them only at the place the Lord will choose(B) in one of your tribes, and there observe everything I command you.
15 Nevertheless, you may slaughter your animals in any of your towns and eat as much of the meat as you want, as if it were gazelle or deer,(C) according to the blessing the Lord your God gives you. Both the ceremonially unclean and the clean may eat it.
