Deuteronomy 12:15-16

¹⁵“^(A)However, you may slaughter and eat meat within any of your gates, ^[a]whatever you desire, according to the blessing of the Lord your God which He has given you; the unclean and the clean alike may eat it, as ^(B)the gazelle and the deer. ¹⁶^(C)Only you shall not eat the blood; ^(D)you are to pour it out on the ground like water.

¹⁵Nevertheless, you may slaughter your animals in any of your towns and eat as much of the meat as you want, as if it were gazelle or deer,^(A) according to the blessing the Lord your God gives you. Both the ceremonially unclean and the clean may eat it. ¹⁶But you must not eat the blood;^(B) pour^(C) it out on the ground like water.^(D)
