^9 (A)Instead, you shall most certainly kill him; ^(B)your hand shall be first against him to put him to death, and afterward the hand of all the people.

^15 (A)you shall most certainly strike the inhabitants of that city with the edge of the sword. ^[a]Utterly destroy it and all who are in it and its cattle, with the edge of the sword.

⁵ then you are to bring out to your gates that man or woman who has done this evil deed, that is, the man or the woman, and ^(A)you shall stone them to ^[a]death.
