Deuteronomy 14:19-21

19 And all the [a]teeming life with wings are unclean to you; they shall not be eaten. 20 You may eat any clean bird.
21 “(A)You shall not eat anything which dies of itself. You may give it to the alien who is in your [b]town, so that he may eat it, or you may sell it to a foreigner, for you are (B)a holy people to the Lord your God. (C)You shall not boil a young goat in its mother’s milk.

New International Version
19 All flying insects are unclean to you; do not eat them. 20 But any winged creature that is clean you may eat.(A)
21 Do not eat anything you find already dead.(B) You may give it to the foreigner residing in any of your towns, and they may eat it, or you may sell it to any other foreigner. But you are a people holy to the Lord your God.(C)
Do not cook a young goat in its mother’s milk.(D)
