Deuteronomy 14:25-27

25 you should trade it for money. Then tie the money in your hand and go to the place which the Lord your God chooses. 26 You may spend the money for whatever your heart may desire, for bulls, sheep, wine, strong drink, or whatever you desire. And there you and those of your house may eat before the Lord and be full of joy. 27 Do not stop caring for the Levite who is in your town for he has no share of what is given to you.

25 then exchange(A) your tithe for silver, and take the silver with you and go to the place the Lord your God will choose. 26 Use the silver to buy whatever you like: cattle, sheep, wine or other fermented drink,(B) or anything you wish. Then you and your household shall eat there in the presence of the Lord your God and rejoice.(C) 27 And do not neglect the Levites(D) living in your towns, for they have no allotment or inheritance of their own.(E)
