Deuteronomy 14:27-29

27 Do not neglect the Levite within your city gates, since he has no portion or inheritance among you.(A)
28 “At the end of every three years, bring a tenth of all your produce for that year and store it within your city gates. 29 Then the Levite, who has no portion or inheritance among you, the resident alien, the fatherless, and the widow within your city gates may come, eat, and be satisfied.(B) And the Lord your God will bless you in all the work of your hands that you do.(C)

New International Version
27 And do not neglect the Levites(A) living in your towns, for they have no allotment or inheritance of their own.(B)
28 At the end of every three years, bring all the tithes(C) of that year’s produce and store it in your towns,(D) 29 so that the Levites (who have no allotment(E) or inheritance(F) of their own) and the foreigners,(G) the fatherless and the widows who live in your towns may come and eat and be satisfied,(H) and so that the Lord your God may bless(I) you in all the work of your hands.
