Deuteronomy 14:27-29
Revised Standard Version
27 And you shall not forsake the Levite who is within your towns, for he has no portion or inheritance with you.
28 “At the end of every three years you shall bring forth all the tithe of your produce in the same year, and lay it up within your towns; 29 and the Levite, because he has no portion or inheritance with you, and the sojourner, the fatherless, and the widow, who are within your towns, shall come and eat and be filled; that the Lord your God may bless you in all the work of your hands that you do.

New International Version
27 And do not neglect the Levites(A) living in your towns, for they have no allotment or inheritance of their own.(B)
28 At the end of every three years, bring all the tithes(C) of that year’s produce and store it in your towns,(D) 29 so that the Levites (who have no allotment(E) or inheritance(F) of their own) and the foreigners,(G) the fatherless and the widows who live in your towns may come and eat and be satisfied,(H) and so that the Lord your God may bless(I) you in all the work of your hands.
