Deuteronomy 16:16-18

16 ¶ (A)Three times in the year shall all the males appear before the Lord thy God in the place which he shall choose: in the feast of the unleavened bread, and in the feast of the weeks, and in the feast of the Tabernacle: and they shall not appear before the Lord empty.
17 Every man shall give according to the gift of his [a]hand, and according to the blessing of the Lord thy God, which he hath given thee.
18 ¶ [b]Judges and officers shalt thou make thee in all thy cities, which the Lord thy God giveth thee, throughout the tribes: and they shall judge the people with righteous judgment.

New International Version
16 Three times a year all your men must appear(A) before the Lord your God at the place he will choose: at the Festival of Unleavened Bread,(B) the Festival of Weeks and the Festival of Tabernacles.(C) No one should appear before the Lord empty-handed:(D) 17 Each of you must bring a gift in proportion to the way the Lord your God has blessed you.
Judges
18 Appoint judges(E) and officials for each of your tribes in every town the Lord your God is giving you, and they shall judge the people fairly.(F)
