19 (A)“When you lend money or food or anything else to Israelites, do not charge them interest. 20 You may charge interest on what you lend to foreigners, but not on what you lend to Israelites. Obey this rule, and the Lord your God will bless everything you do in the land that you are going to occupy.

19 Do not charge a fellow Israelite interest, whether on money or food or anything else that may earn interest.(B) 20 You may charge a foreigner(C) interest, but not a fellow Israelite, so that the Lord your God may bless(D) you in everything you put your hand to in the land you are entering to possess.
