Deuteronomy 28:11-13

11 And Jehovah will make thee plenteous for good, in the fruit of thy body, and in the fruit of thy cattle, and in the fruit of thy ground, in the land which Jehovah sware unto thy fathers to give thee. 12 Jehovah will open unto thee his good [a]treasure the heavens, to give the rain of thy land in its season, and to bless all the work of thy hand: and thou shalt lend unto many nations, and thou shalt not borrow. 13 And Jehovah will make thee the head, and not the tail; and thou shalt be above only, and thou shalt not be beneath; if thou shalt hearken unto the commandments of Jehovah thy God, which I command thee this day, to observe and to do them,

Deuteronomy 28:11-13
New International Version
11 The Lord will grant you abundant prosperity—in the fruit of your womb, the young of your livestock(A) and the crops of your ground—in the land he swore to your ancestors to give you.(B)
12 The Lord will open the heavens, the storehouse(C) of his bounty,(D) to send rain(E) on your land in season and to bless(F) all the work of your hands. You will lend to many nations but will borrow from none.(G) 13 The Lord will make you the head, not the tail. If you pay attention to the commands of the Lord your God that I give you this day and carefully follow(H) them, you will always be at the top, never at the bottom.(I)
