19 God will curse you in your homes and when you go outside.
Illness
20 If you do evil things and you turn away from the Lord, he will curse you. He will confuse your thoughts in everything that you do. He will turn against you so that you quickly come to an end. 21 The Lord will make you very ill so that you do not get better again. He will completely remove you from the land that you are now going into.

19 You will be cursed when you come in and cursed when you go out.(A)
20 The Lord will send on you curses,(B) confusion and rebuke(C) in everything you put your hand to, until you are destroyed and come to sudden ruin(D) because of the evil(E) you have done in forsaking him.[a] 21 The Lord will plague you with diseases until he has destroyed you from the land you are entering to possess.(F)
