62 You (A)shall be left few in number, whereas you were (B)as the stars of heaven in multitude, because you would not obey the voice of the Lord your God. 63 And it shall be, that just as the Lord (C)rejoiced over you to do you good and multiply you, so the Lord (D)will rejoice over you to destroy you and bring you to nothing; and you shall be (E)plucked[a] from off the land which you go to possess.
64 “Then the Lord (F)will scatter you among all peoples, from one end of the earth to the other, and (G)there you shall serve other gods, which neither you nor your fathers have known—wood and stone.

New International Version
62 You who were as numerous as the stars in the sky(A) will be left but few(B) in number, because you did not obey the Lord your God. 63 Just as it pleased(C) the Lord to make you prosper and increase in number, so it will please(D) him to ruin and destroy you.(E) You will be uprooted(F) from the land you are entering to possess.
64 Then the Lord will scatter(G) you among all nations,(H) from one end of the earth to the other.(I) There you will worship other gods—gods of wood and stone, which neither you nor your ancestors have known.(J)
