13 that He may (A)establish you today as a people for Himself, and that He may be God to you, (B)just as He has spoken to you, and (C)just as He has sworn to your fathers, to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.
14 “I make this covenant and this oath, (D)not with you alone, 15 but with him who stands here with us today before the Lord our God, (E)as well as with him who is not here with us today

13 to confirm you this day as his people,(A) that he may be your God(B) as he promised you and as he swore to your fathers, Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. 14 I am making this covenant,(C) with its oath, not only with you 15 who are standing here with us today in the presence of the Lord our God but also with those who are not here today.(D)
