The Message
Moses Blesses Israel on the Plains of Moab
2-4 Moses called all Israel together and said, You’ve seen with your own eyes everything that God did in Egypt to Pharaoh and his servants, and to the land itself—the massive trials to which you were eyewitnesses, the great signs and miracle-wonders. But God didn’t give you an understanding heart or perceptive eyes or attentive ears until right now, this very day.

New International Version
2 Moses summoned all the Israelites and said to them:
Your eyes have seen all that the Lord did in Egypt to Pharaoh, to all his officials and to all his land.(A) 3 With your own eyes you saw those great trials, those signs and great wonders.(B) 4 But to this day the Lord has not given you a mind that understands or eyes that see or ears that hear.(C)
