3 The Lord your God is the one who will cross ahead of you.(A) He will destroy these nations before you, and you will drive them out. Joshua is the one who will cross ahead of you, as the Lord has said.(B) 4 The Lord will deal with them as he did Sihon and Og, the kings of the Amorites, and their land when he destroyed them.(C) 5 The Lord will deliver them over to you, and you must do to them exactly as I have commanded you.

3 The Lord your God himself will cross(A) over ahead of you.(B) He will destroy these nations(C) before you, and you will take possession of their land. Joshua also will cross(D) over ahead of you, as the Lord said. 4 And the Lord will do to them what he did to Sihon and Og,(E) the kings of the Amorites, whom he destroyed along with their land. 5 The Lord will deliver(F) them to you, and you must do to them all that I have commanded you.
