5 When, therefore, the Lord delivers them up to you, you shall deal with them according to the whole commandment which I have given you.(A) 6 Be strong and steadfast; have no fear or dread of them, for it is the Lord, your God, who marches with you; he will never fail you or forsake you.(B)
Call of Joshua. 7 Then Moses summoned Joshua and in the presence of all Israel said to him,(C) “Be strong and steadfast, for you shall bring this people into the land which the Lord swore to their ancestors he would give them; it is you who will give them possession of it.

5 The Lord will deliver(A) them to you, and you must do to them all that I have commanded you. 6 Be strong and courageous.(B) Do not be afraid or terrified(C) because of them, for the Lord your God goes with you;(D) he will never leave you(E) nor forsake(F) you.”
7 Then Moses summoned Joshua and said(G) to him in the presence of all Israel, “Be strong and courageous, for you must go with this people into the land that the Lord swore to their ancestors to give them,(H) and you must divide it among them as their inheritance.
