¹⁴ Curds of cows, and milk of the flock,
With fat of lambs,
And rams, the breed of Bashan, and goats,
^(A)With the finest of the wheat—
And of the ^(B)blood of grapes you drank wine.

4 Hear this word, you cows of ^(A)Bashan who are on the ^(B)mountain of Samaria,
Who ^(C)oppress the poor, who crush the needy,
Who say to ^[a]your husbands, “Bring now, that we may ^(D)drink!”
