14 Curds of the herd, and milk of the flock,
With fat of lambs
And rams, the breed of Bashan, and of goats,
(A)With the best of the wheat;
And you drank wine of the (B)blood of grapes.

15 (C)But [a]Jeshurun became fat and kicked—
You have become fat, thick, and obstinate—
(D)Then he abandoned God (E)who made him,
And [b]rejected (F)the Rock of his salvation.
16 (G)They made Him jealous with strange gods;
(H)With abominations they provoked Him to anger.
